SUSPENDED PARTICULATES IN THE GRID LABORATORY AND STUDENT SAFETY DURING PRACTICE
Abstract
Detection of suspended particulates was carried out in the immediate vicinity of the wire binding machine using a spatial method with a sensor sampler. The particular significance of this research lies in assessing the particulate concentration levels to which students are exposed during professional practice in the GRID Laboratory. Activities such as handling paper materials and operating the machine may contribute to an increase in particle concentrations in the working environment.
