Psychological Principles in User Experience Design and Their Application in Mobile App Development

Abstract

The work explores the application of psychological principles in user experience design and their impact on user perception and behavior. A survey and an A/B usability test of a mobile app prototype examine how personalization and gamification influence motivation and engagement.
