Conceptual Design of a residental building in Novi Sad

Abstract

The project is based on the concept of designing a residential unit, specifically a complex space intended for a larger number of people. This complex represents a composition of various facilities and functions, forming a true luxurious oasis. The diversity of its public areas creates an ideal place for gathering and social interaction among residents of the surrounding neighborhood. A significant aspect of the project is the integration of greenery, which not only visually enriches the environment but also creates a more pleasant and natural atmosphere. In this way, the space becomes less monotonous and contributes to an improved overall quality of life for its users.
