Abstract

The theme of the work is the development of a seaside house that combines living space on the first floor and a pottery workshop on the ground floor. The living area provides comfort, privacy and contact with the natural environment, while the workshop acts as a partially open space intended for creative work and socializing. The concept is based on a balance between private and public, with users enjoying the intimacy of living while the workshop simultaneously opens the house to the local community and visitors. In this way, the building transcends the framework of an individual home and becomes a place of encounter, creativity and cultural exchange.
