Abstract

In this paper, the development and implementation of an automated system for testing seals on the pump motor assembly are presented. The main goal of the project is to improve quality control and eliminate defective products from the production process. The system is designed as a combination of pneumatic and electrical components, controlled via a PLC controller and HMI interface, which enable full automation of the testing process.
