HAZARD AND HARM ANALYSIS WITH RISK ASSESSMENT IN THE FINAL CONTROL ZONE IN THE RUBBER INDUSTRY

Abstract

The paper analyzes risk assessment at workplaces in the rubber industry, with a special emphasis on the identification of hazards and the definition of measures to protect the health and safety of employees. The research included an overview of relevant legislation, as well as national and international standards applied in this area. Special attention was paid to the analysis of twelve workplaces in the final inspection, where key hazards were identified, the probability and consequences of risks were assessed, and preventive and corrective measures were proposed. The results indicate the need for continuous improvement of working conditions and active participation of all actors in the field of occupational safety and health, with the application of modern risk management methods.
