Abstract

The master's thesis titled ''A Study on a Space of Safety in the Dialogue Between Physical and Virtual Environment – Conceptual Design for Institute V__Lab'' uses the concepts of safety, physical, and virtual space as the primary subjects of analysis and research. In theoretical and creative research, this paper lays the groundwork for further research on the impact of scene architecture on the sense of safety within virtual environments, emphasizing the importance of dialogue between physical and virtual spaces, whose interaction creates richer and more dynamic spatial experiences. The project of scene architecture is reflected in the project of the institute V__Lab within the University Park of Novi Sad. The project aims to establish connections of the institute with academic and cultural institutions, thereby creating a wider urban intellectual fabric that fosters the theoretical, scientific, and creative development of contemporary practices of virtual space and innovations at the intersection of new technologies, art, and scene architecture.
