Organizational change represents the process of changing the existing organization and has its own pace and dynamics of development. Depending on the change and its complexity, this process takes a certain, longer or shorter time. Both in theory and in practice, today's changes are, and not stability, the natural state of the organization. Since the process of change is a process that takes place, it represents a transition from the current state to a future, desired state.
