Abstract

In this thesis it is researched if leadership has influence on commitment of employees in organization. Main target of this research is to underpin importance of leadership as one of the main factors that influence on commitment and loyalty of employees. Further, this research will show if demographic variables such as gender, education, work position, years and seniority in company have influence on people commitment.
