THE ROLE OF FREE TIME ON THE WORK BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES
Abstract
The free time of employees is an important factor for the renewal and strengthening of man's strengths and energies that help him to perform his work more effectively and influences his working behavior. The paper analyzes the results of researching how employees spend their time, whether they are satisfied how to implement it and how it affects their working behavior.
