Electronic payment system based on microservice architecture
Abstract
This paper describes the design, implementation, and deployment of an electronic payment system based on a modern cloud-based microservices architecture. Through the implementation of this system, particular emphasis is placed on processing transactions via multiple payment methods, including credit card payments, cryptocurrencies, PayPal accounts, and QR codes. The initiator of transactions in this electronic payment system is an online web store. The system was migrated to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform for production.
