This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section presents the fundamental characteristics and importance of Building Information Modeling (BIM), along with the basics of using Autodesk Revit. The practical section focuses on assessing the condition of a reinforced concrete bridge in Sremska Mitrovica. A three-dimensional model (digital twin) of the bridge was developed, where all identified defects and damages were modeled using parametric elements (families) and classified by type, location, and dimensions. This enabled automatic generation of graphical documentation (plans, sections, and details) and tabular reports containing all relevant parameters. This approach facilitates more efficient decision-making regarding the type and scope of required rehabilitation works, while also providing a model suitable for continuous monitoring of the structure’s condition.
