IMPROVEMENT OF CADASTRAL INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Abstract

The paper presents the existing state of a real estate cadastre, existing problems and needs of the serbian cadastral information system. The ISO 19152 Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) standard for land administration has been presented. In the practical part, a database was created according to the LADM profile for Serbia. Merging of an alphanumeric and spatial data was created as well as the geoportal based on three-layers architecture.
