CONSIDERATION OF PETERSEN COIL IN LARGE AREA RESTORATION

Abstract

This paper presents Large Area Restoration of Distribution Systems. A dangerous network condition is presented in case of short circuits. An algorithm for near optimal Large Area Restoration with respect of Petersen coil constraint is given. Verification of this algorithm was carried out with acknowledged Petersen coil constraint on the test network with different lengths of MV cable lines.
