Abstract

When caught in the middle of an uncertain global economy, architects began to explore new ideas and design approaches to highlight their own design practices and gain a competitive advantage. By exploring the use of architectural surfaces in order to communicate with users in a dynamic way using information from the environment, a better understanding of the contemporary position of architecture and its interrelations with other scientific disciplines is expected, especially in the domain of digital and electronic systems through the creation of a complete design process, using traditional as well as alternative approaches.
