ORGANIZAIONAL CLIMATE AS AN INDICATOR OD THE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
Abstract
This work through the analysis of the current state of the organizational climate and satisfaction with the work in the company that is engaged in the production of floor coverings. Great importance in the management of today's systems is added to working conditions and behavior of employees who are directly related to the climate that operates in the collective of an organization. In order to improve them, it is necessary to work on developing team spirit among employees, fostering collegial and fair relations, and promoting the right value system in the organization.
