SPRINKLER FIRE EXTINGUISHING INSTALLATIONS WITH AN EXAMPLE OF A BISCUIT FACTORY PROJECT

Abstract

The paper covers the issue of choice of the stable automatic fire-extinguishing system. Project of sprinkler-type stable automatic fire-extinguishing in­stallation for "Jaffa" Crvenka buiscuit factory has been developed for this aim. The purpose of the facility, fire hazard class, fire resistance of construction structures, evacuation routes, firefighting plants, protection against specific risks, fire extinguishers, security measures and organization have been taken into account.
