Abstract

This paper presents the ontology of educational competencies of IT experts, which should describe the knowledge and skills of IT experts acquired through formal and non-formal education. Based on this formal model, a questionnaire was created and the competencies of employees in IT companies in Novi Sad were examined. Explained results of the research are also presented and the conclusion of the paper is given.
