Abstract
This paper presents a survey of the user's views on the services of a mobile bank and based on these attitudes determine further guidelines in the development of mobile banking in our country. The aim of this paper is to define the significance of the mobile bank in modern business conditions, as well as its application to the users of mobile devices.
