PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT IN SUPPLY CHAIN OF AIRLINE INDUSTRY

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the supply chain management generally, as well as situation in the supply chain management in the airline industry in the mean of their characteristics and main market trends. In the second part of this paper an case study analysis is performed regards company „SR Technics“, and measu­res for improvement of the procurement process in the same company are proposed.
