The subject of this research is the influence of automation of business processes on the company innovation. The paper presents the automation business process, the importance of innovation, and the assumptions that need to be fulfilled in order to automate business processes could be implemented in the corporation. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate the impact of automation on innovation in the company. The paper presents examples of automation and innovation policies of Henkel.
