By applying information technologies, ministries are trying to improve on-line services, reduce costs and simplify procedures. Internet presentations of ministries have a recognizable visual identity and web content. On the home pages, the state symbols are recognizable and their websites appear in the first place of the most common search engines. The goal of the presentations is not just posting information to the site and providing services to citizens, but also communication between the state administration and its segments at all levels. Ministries through their websites present their own potentials and strengthen trust between the state administration and the citizens. In addition, they allow the citizens electronic services, from their scope, based on the principle of transparency. In this work the recommendations for creating websites of ministries were studied. The aim of the research is analysis and determination of importance of information and communication technologies application, as well as rating development of sites of selected ministries and quality of services which they provide to the citizens.
