Abstract
The paper emphasizes the importance of project management in today's time, but above all the importance of managing time on major EU projects. Time and timeframes are the key to successful implementation of the project, and therefore, in this paper, the emphasis is on the tools used to plan the activities and their duration, as well as an example from time management practice on an EU project involving several European countries under the name "Europe Home".
