Subject of this work is an implementation of a web application which gives possibility of accessing information about rare diseases in serbian language as well as an implementation of tools that speed up the translation process and make it more easier. The paper is divided into multiple parts, starting with the history of medicine through rare diseases today until the final solution and the technologies that made it happen.
