Abstract

This paper analyzes the job satisfaction employees of AD Podunavlje Backa Palanka as well as the degree of absenteeism in the company. The subject of this paper is the views of employees of AD Podunavlje on various aspects of the job. The aim of the research is to determine the level of employee satisfaction, the number of absences and the correlation of these two factors. The results of the research can contribute to improving employee satisfaction as well as improving the performance of the company.
