THE PROJECT LIFE CYCLE PHASES

The first part of the thesis consists the theoretical viewpoints of the project life cycle phases. Everything that these phases includes, as well as some of the methods and techniques used to facilitate project management will be explained. In the second part, on the example of the project of rehabilitation and adaptation of the KBC "Dr Dragisa Misovic" in Belgrade, life cycle phases are shown from the point of view of the contractor, starting from the initiation of the project and goals to be achieved, detailed planning of how it will be realized, project realization, and supervision and control at all phases of the project.
