IMPROVING THE PREPARATION OF PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC MOTOR PARTS IN THE COMPANY ATB SEVER
Abstract
With the aim of timely production and delivery of products to customers, production systems, which base their business on one-off and small batch production, must pay considerable attention to the preparation of production as well as systematic monitoring of orders.
The basic subject and goal of the research in this paper focuses on the systematization and improvement of the preparation of production of electro motors with the primary emphasis on the technological preparation of production.
