Apstrakt

Rad istražuje primenu blockchain tehnologije u zdravstvu, sa posebnim osvrtom na razmenu i sigurnost podataka o pacijentima. U radu su analizirani problemi sa kojima se suočava zdravstvena industrija, predstavljena su dosadašnja rešenja i objašnjena ključna terminologija. Istaknute su prednosti koje blockchain donosi u ovoj oblasti, uključujući decentralizaciju i sigurnost. Tehnologija blockchain-a je detaljno razmatrana kroz opis njenih elemenata, načina funkcionisanja, kao i izazova u primeni. Rad obuhvata i opis implementacije rešenja zasnovanog na blockchain-u, koristeći IPFS za skladištenje podataka, Spring Boot za back-end, te Angular za front-end aplikaciju.
