Abstract

The goal of this paper is the development of a prototype mobile application for poviding services to pet owners based on the study and examination of key aspects important for a positive user experience. A survey was conducted in which respondents evaluated which parts of three proposed mobile applications were clearer and more functional. Based on design principles and the survey results, a prototype of a mobile application was created, adapted to the preferences and needs of users. The success of the prototype was confirmed by an additional survey for evaluating the appearance, functionality, and usability of the application.
