ROLE OF THE WORKING VALUES IN ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR

Abstract
This paper analyzes values, as well as attitudes and motivations of the working people. In this paper there were questions about the job. Is it a value per se and how do people look at it. Reseasch part was held via Likert scale and 41 working people were part of it from all professions.
