IMPROVING THE SATISFACTION OF CLIENST AT THE POOL „CAIR“ IN NIS
Abstract
This paper includes theoretical part on logistics and supply chain management. It shows what Customer Realtionship Management is. Based on the anonymus questionnaire, we saw the satisfaction of the pool „Čair“ customers and therefore, measures of improvement were conducted.
