The main task of this paper is the comparative analysis of the organizational process and organizational climate of two companies, Termovent Steel Foundary and Capriolo company, both based in Bačka Topola (Republic of Serbia). The paper explains and represents the purpose about organizational functions and management, the importance of organizational structure, the importance of organizational climate and their impact on business. The study involved 35 employees from each company who participate in the survey by rounded offered answers on anonymous questionnaire. The main purpose of analysis is to consider employee satisfaction about applied model of organizational structure and organizational climate based on data. Consider data about these mentioned segments, examine the connection between them in the mentioned companies and propose improvements.
