Abstract

This paper examines with how stress arises at work, what are the consequences for the person and the organization, as well as the ways in which it can be overcome. The company Soja protein d.o.o. from Bečej, where employees filed out a questionnaire on stress indicators. The subject of the paper are the attitudes of employees about the view of stress at work, what is its impact on their work and to what extend it represented. The aim of the research is to determine  the degree of impact  of stress on employees and this company, ways to overcome it, as well as the extent to which stress has an impact on the work performed  and its results. The results of the research can give the company an insight into what the curent situation is, as  well as what can be done to make it even better.
