ANALYSIS OF WORK MOTIVATORS IN THE ORGANIZATION

Motivators of people are present and necessary in everyday life. Here we were talking about work motivators, whose existence and proper application lead to the achievement of goals and success of the organization. At the beginning of the paper, the basic definitions of work motivators and motivation are processed. Then, incentives as motivators, their application and ways to solve the problem of lack of motivation and dissatisfaction were analyzed. In the practical part of the paper, research was conducted on several organizations of different types, on the motivational effect of certain motivators for work, their attractiveness to employees, the behavior of individuals and managers in situations of demotivation, as well as analysis of potential solutions.
