IMPROVING THE STORAGE PROCESS IN THE ORGANIZATION "ULJARICE BAČKA" DOO

In this paper the concepts related to logistics and warehousing are presented. Using the Brainstorming method and the Ishikawa diagram, the causes that affect the quality of business of the organisation "Uljarice Bačka" Doo have been identified. The storage process was identified as the biggest cause, so a proposal for the improvement in the form of an additional warehouse space was given for it.
