Abstract

The aim of this paper is to identify and analyze the risks of the project, specifically in this case the energy efficiency project of lighting. In order for the project results to be expected, it is necessary to identify, analyze and make a plan to avoid or mitigate the risk. The analysis and application of the chosen methodology refers to the identification and assessment of project risk through a concrete example of a case study of Novoprom a.d. Modrica.
