Abstract

This paper presents the most relevant theories for initiating and analyzing startup projects. Furthermore, a startup project, currently in the development phase, was analyzed using the Lean Canvas Model. The purpose of this paper is to determine how the Lean Canvas Model helped in creating a vision of development course for the startup project.
