The topic of this paper is the project of a spa complex-resort for couples and the implementation of greenery in it. By carrying out a detailed analysis, the needs of modern man were established and met, thus creating a multifunctional, unencumbered space for rest and enjoyment with a multitude of contents such as a spa area, a swimming pool, a green oasis, a cinema etc. As a result, a space was obtained that offers users a place all year round where they can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge their batteries, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and the sea. The first part of the paper includes an analysis of spa centers as well as their advantages and disadvantages, the second part is dedicated to a detailed explanation of the project itself, whose technical documentation concisely presents the final result.
