Errors are part of our everyday life. We meet with them in all segments of life. It is important that every human error comes to her real cause and that the most effective way to reach the countermeasures will be that she will not come back to this or similar error. In my work, I will try through the relevant facts to show the importance of analyzing the causes of human error and how much good it brings to the organization, the development of the process, and the development of people.
