Abstract

The master's thesis explores the development of agile leaders in the context of project management, with a particular focus on the key competencies that enable effective team leadership in agile environments. The thesis focuses on the analysis of skills such as flexibility, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, which are essential for achieving success in dynamic and uncertain project conditions.
