Project management is one of the critical disciplines that determines the success of organizations. The structure of projects is becoming complex, and market demands are growing, making it essential for organizations to efficiently manage resources, time, and risks in projects to gain a competitive advantage. Theory of Constraints and the Critical Chain Method enable organizations to optimize processes and execute projects within defined timelines. The analysis and application of the Critical Chain Method have proven to be very effective in optimizing projects.
