THE IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN THE OPERATIONS OF A SERVICE COMPANY
Abstract
The subject of this research is the analysis of the impact of organizational culture on the operations of a modern service company. The aim of the research is to determine how building a strong organizational identity influences the company’s productivity and competitiveness, as well as employee satisfaction. This analysis also examines the importance of integrating organizational culture and its elements into the company’s strategy as a key factor for achieving sustainable growth and development.
