Abstract

The subject of this paper is the research and comparative analysis of methods for achieving the most realistic representation of vegetation in Unreal Engine. Two approaches were evaluated using the examples of a plant and a tree: vegetation shader on low-poly models and basic material on high-poly models. The paper concludes with an analysis of the results obtained from each method.
