This thesis focuses based on researching and recognizing the effect of the application and the impact of agile software development method based on the experience of the teams of the 3 leading companies, as a newer mode of work, access to team implementation of active requests. In addition, the aim of this research is to provide a realistic picture of team functionality and motivation, the relationship of members to the team and the rules defined by Scrum framework.
