Abstract

The need for mobile coverage has never been greater. Macrocells with outdoor base stations successfully meet the needs of users when they are in the outdoor environment. The domain of cellular system planning related to the interior of buildings represents a special branch of planning that faces various challenges. For these purposes, DAS systems are used, which are specially designed antenna systems intended to cover the interior of buildings with a signal. This paper describes the practical implementation of the DAS system, using active equipment from the vendor Commscope, in the space of a residential-business complex.
